At Princess Highway, we want you to love your vintage-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund or store credit provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact and the items are unworn.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
